GCDS administrators have recently announced new enforcement of the school dress code, but students have mixed feelings about this new enforcement.

“The actual enforcement of the dress code was not as bad as I thought it would be. I definitely thought it was going to be worse.” – 9th grade student

“I’m kind of nervous about the rest of the week and school year, and what that will look like” – 10th grade student

“I’m not a big fan of the enforcement of the dress code this late in the year, but I appreciate the flexibility we get in some areas.” – 10th grade student

“I think I’ve seen people dressing the most in the dress code since the beginning of the year ” – 11th grade student.

“Today, only one person has made the detention list, but I think everyone looks wonderful today” – Mr. Columbo
