The Greenwich Country Day Geese are Gone!

About a month ago, two geese showed up on the front lawn of Greenwich Country Day’s upper school. Named Phineas and Ferb by the Junior Class, they are the parents of four eggs in a nest at the bottom of the hill. Over the last couple of weeks, one of the geese has perched itself on the window of the Chemistry room, and even looked in on some classes. [Hopefully, he has learned a thing or two.]

However, the geese and their nest suddenly vanished a few weeks ago, leaving the students and faculty of GCDS wondering: where have they fled to? The last time they were spotted was by myself and fellow junior, Ben Offit, hanging out on the front turf field after school hours. Hopefully, the two will make their way back to the front lawn, but until then, the Greenwich Country Day community will keep their eyes to the sky.
