This comedy series tells the story of an American man, Ted Lasso, who is hired as the head coach of a professional soccer team in England. Despite having no experience in the sport, Lasso has a tremendous impact on the community, team, and players.

The show is absolutely hilarious. Jason Sudeikis, the actor behind Ted Lasso, does an amazing job portraying the overwhelming optimism of Ted as he finds his own path through uncharted waters. Ted’s unique methods of coaching, constant sense of humor, curiosity, and awesome accent make this show worth watching.

Even with the amazing comedic values, the story told throughout the show delivers more than just a laugh. Ted’s underlying struggles to adapt to a completely new environment and lead a team, all the while dealing with family issues makes the viewers sympathize and really feel his emotions. Additionally, the people around Ted demonstrate the importance of how one’s actions can significantly impact the lives of others. His ability to find the good in any person or situation while also delivering life lessons along the way made this series very enjoyable.

All in all, this comedy is an instant classic and definitely a must-watch.
